Refund & Cancellation Policy Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our Expert Advisors (EAs), Scanners, and Indicators, we enforce a strict refund policy to protect our intellectual property from piracy. 1. General Digital Goods Policy By purchasing from Propfolio Solutions, you acknowledge that you are acquiring downloadable, digital trading software. Because digital goods cannot be "returned," standard refund rights do not apply once the product has been accessed or licensed. 2. Lifetime Products (Strict No-Refund Policy) No Refunds After Activation: Once a Lifetime License product has been downloaded and your MT4/MT5 account number has been submitted and activated on our licensing server, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds because you "changed your mind," "did not understand how to install it," or "experienced trading losses." We provide comprehensive setup guides and support to help you install the software correctly. 3. Promotional Offers and Sales No Refunds on Discounted Items: Any product purchased during a promotional sale, discount event, or using a discount code is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of activation status. 4. Exceptions The only exceptions where a refund may be considered (at our sole discretion) are: A duplicate accidental purchase of the exact same product, provided you contact us within 24 hours and the second license has not been activated. 5. Chargebacks and Disputes Any unwarranted credit card chargebacks or PayPal disputes initiated after a license has been activated will be treated as fraudulent. We will submit your license activation logs, IP address, and usage proof to the payment processor. Furthermore, initiating a chargeback will result in the permanent blacklisting of your details across our network and partner networks.
